Plenty of agencies build a site, collect the check, and disappear. We do the opposite. Once your site is live we can host it, back it up, watch the analytics, and make the changes you need within a couple of days.
If you would rather not think about any of it, our website upkeep plans cover hosting, security, edits, and reporting for a flat monthly fee.

It depends on the number of pages and what the site needs to do. After a short call we send a clear, fixed quote so there are no hourly surprises. Most small business sites fall into a predictable range we can talk through up front.
A typical small business site takes a few weeks from kickoff to launch, including design rounds, content, and testing. Larger or e-commerce projects take longer, and we set the timeline with you at the start.
Both, depending on what serves you best. We hand-code for speed and control, and we are comfortable in WordPress when you want to manage content yourself. We will recommend the right fit for your situation.
Yes. We do not lease or rent websites. When the project is finished, the site and its files are yours. Hosting and maintenance with us are always optional.
Absolutely. A redesign is one of the most common things we do. We can keep what is working, fix what is not, and carry over the content and search rankings you have already earned.
