Yearly plans are a 12-month agreement billed at the lower rate. Monthly plans are no-contract with a two-month minimum. SSL certificates and domain registration are not included. Additional hours are billed at a discounted rate. We reserve the right to decline service on any site for any reason.

Not necessarily. We can often take over hosting and maintenance for an existing site after a quick review. If the site is built on something we cannot safely support, we will tell you and suggest options.
On the Full Service plan, routine changes are turned around in 48 to 72 hours. Smaller edits are often faster. Emergencies get priority on that plan.
Yearly plans run 12 months at the better rate. Monthly plans are no-contract with a two-month minimum, so you are never locked in for long.
SSL certificates and domain registration are billed separately since costs vary. Everything else in your plan tier is covered by the flat monthly fee.
