Email us at support@ed-webdesigns.com with what you would like changed. If you are on a maintenance plan, we will turn it around within your plan's timeframe. If not, we will quote the work first.
A responsive website automatically adjusts its layout to fit whatever screen it is viewed on, from a phone to a large desktop monitor. Every site we build is responsive.
No. We do not lease or rent websites. Every site is owned by its respective owner once the project is complete. Hosting and maintenance with us are optional, never a requirement.
Common design questions.
The design fee is the cost of creating a design from scratch, whether that is a logo, a layout, or a print piece. It covers the concepts and revisions that go into the finished artwork.
A proof is a digital image showing what your finished product will look like. You review and approve the proof before anything goes to print, so there are no surprises.
No, not unless the design needs changes. Re-orders of an already-approved design do not carry a new design fee.
Common print questions.
You can cancel any time before you approve the final proof. Once a proof is approved, the order moves to production and cannot be canceled, which is exactly why the proof step exists.

Yes, as long as you have not approved your final proof. Depending on the change, a change-order fee may apply, and we will let you know before doing anything.
