Either works. We can design the piece for you or print from a properly prepared file you provide. If your file needs adjustments to print cleanly, we will let you know first.
You can change an order any time before you approve the final proof. Once a proof is approved the order moves to production and cannot be canceled, so the proof step matters.
No, not unless the design needs changes. Re-orders of an approved design skip the design fee.
